Service Department The service department provides excellent updates and accurate estimates on the the work to be performed on your vehicle. The waiting room is comfortable. Shuttle drivers are courteous. Great service experience.

We visited Maita Chevrolet on July 10, 2022. After test driving, our salesperson invited us in to sign documents. We informed him (Clemente E******* that we did not want our credit run unless we got an acceptable offer for our trade in. He informed us that it won't be run unless we authorized it. We filled out paper work and even though we signed the application, we informed us once again that they won't run our credit until we authorize it. Purchase a used vehicle in March and it lasted 3 days before I traded it back to the same dealer towards a new car. At least I thought I was buying a new car. Seems that the "new" car sat on their lot for over a year before I bought it. I guess that accounts for the water spots that have burned into the paint. Accounting to the backup documents to the contract, the in-service date for the car was August 19, 2019 and that's apparently when the warranty began. After I told the salesman Dan Arush that he didn't provide sufficient details about Maitas COVID protocols, he used my email address and signed me up for a bunch of LGBTQ newsletters in order to spam me. I don't care about receiving the newsletters, but I do care about an immature and homophobic salesperson using my email address and spamming me. Very unprofessional, in addition to being a childish bigot.

Went in with a preapproval to purchase a car. Told them I had a preapproval through ****** * and told them to use ****** ***** direct lending. Six hours later after filling out unnecessary loan applications and getting a loan offer from them with a higher interest rate and higher payment, which I declined, they finally ran it through ****** *****direct lending and within 20 minutes we were done.
