First let me give a disclaimer of why I give a rating of 2 stars instead of 1: The optical techs are very pleasant, helpful and thorough so I do applaud and appreciate them for the work that they do. Overall however, I would rate my experience with the actual eye exam(s) that I had with Dr. Bollich at a 1.
