Still absolutely devastated that I received a TEXT a few hours before my appointment that my appointment was cancelled with no solution of another worker or appointment date. This was for my wedding. Was then told “fine do you want me to work sick?” When I expressed how important this was to me and I let them know while booking. While this was a while ago, I constantly see the owner advertising her business on Facebook although myself and a coworker both had this exact issue on separate occasions with 0 apology or solution.
Nobody answers the phone. My appointment got cancelled and rescheduled about 5 times. My appointment finally came and the hair dresser didn’t show up. Just done with the unprofessionalism.

Awesome hair salon in Cambridge. Easy to book appointments online. Friendly colourful staff. Amazing customer service. Great products and one of the best hair colouring I have ever had. I will return and recommend anyone to try.
