Visited Maison nail spa today and I had an overall great experience. Great ambience, the staff is very attentive and professional, they do a really good job creating what you've asked for and they check in with you all throughout the process. I had a great experience with Ryan for a gel X manicure and pedicure, and I will definitely be coming back.
I had an amazing experience! My nails, eyebrows, and toes all came out absolutely beautiful. The staff was professional, friendly, and paid close attention to every detail. My nails was flawless, my toes are perfect, and my eyebrows were shaped perfectly. The salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the care and effort that went into making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be returning!
I don’t want to slander a business or a nail tech but i was very unhappy with my experience yesterday. The salon was lovely, i was offered a coke or water, and my nail tech was very sweet. I am new to the area and am not aware of what’s a good salon and what’s not so i went to Maison nails & spa to get my wedding nails done since i am getting married. 1star because of these reasons… 1. I made an appointment based on the reviews and I got someone I didn’t make the appointment with. 2. The girl taking off my gel almost drilled my fingers off 3 times. 3. Her uv gel machine wasn’t charged so it kept stopping mid fry session. Then halfway through doing my nails she decides to charge her machine. 4. The base looks like a different color on each finger cause she didn’t properly paint evenly. 5. Highly recommend this nail salon. Incredible service. Love Sophia's pedicures. Try the rose pedicure. Top notch pampering session. All tbe ladies are in need of one of these monthly. Able to splurge, schedule one biweekly. Worth the expense. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
