Horrible place Wouldn't recommend a homeless person live here rent free!! These apartments are disgusting. They have pests very bad. Roaches of all sizes (small, medium, & large) & mice. Work orders don't get completed & there's excuse after excuse why not. I was 8 months pregnant when I noticed mold behind my toilet. My son is 4 months old & they have yet to take care of the issue. New unhappy tenant They don’t deserve not one star.!!! I just moved in as of 9/2019. Currently I am very unhappy with this move. I moved into an apartment they said was ready, but didn’t even seem like it had been touched from the previous tenants moving out. I was missing 2 doors, it was holes and dings in the walls and other doors, the bathroom wasn’t touched at all, I have burn marks in my ceiling, from the central air not working. At first ,everythings cool to draw you in. They said theyll utilities included except light. THEY FORGOT GAS!! Mice running around like crazy . Seen some outside running around . My friend has a mice in her sons room so im pretty sure they are everywhere . Minimum of roaches depends what section . Please do research

Absolutely Pathetic Awful apartments maintenance is incredibly slow and rude and just an absolutely awful place to live
A great place to live I have nothing to say bad about my time at Maison Gardens. The office staff and maintenance are helpful and polite. My apartment is up to date and very modern. I love all of the amenities offered at this complex. I recommend these apartments to all of my friends and family.

DO NOT MOVE HERE Do not move here unless you love mice. Maintenance takes a long time to get back with problems. Management doesn't care about your BASIC needs. The prices sound good but Maison Gardens is not the place to be, especially if you have children. The mice are out of hand and we can hear them scratching in the walls. I would rather pay 600 and live comfortably, than to live here with their cheap prices and keep catching mice.
Improvements Maison Gardens has improved a lot! The office staff are very friendly and actually care for the community. Thanks for the improvements!!!!
