I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into Maison DeVille Apartments. There is a serious rat infestation issue that has not been properly addressed, and it has made living here extremely stressful and uncomfortable. Two months after move in, some unknown brown substance began blocking up both my bath tub and my bathroom sink. I put in countless maintenance requests and called over and over and no one ever answers the phone. I would be sitting at home in the middle of the day and they would mark my requests “completed”. They said later on that they couldn’t access the unit because of my dog, but no one bothered to even knock on my door or call me or anything to let me know they were coming and I needed to be there to secure my dog. Don’t waste your time renting a unit here. $900-$1200 for total rundown BS. It was decent until new property manager took over in December. There were numerous issues with paying rent and instead of fixing the problem they continued to inconvenience residents as if it’s our fault up until MARCH of 2026. And they sent out letters notifying us of the change in property management a week past the posted date in the letter so you had less than 24hrs of notice.
