Besides the large hole behind my toilet that I had to cardboard and duck tape close... oh and there's no water pressure when my neighbor takes a shower other than that you can't beat the price!
Worst place we've ever lived. Was there for 12 years, they decided to put an eviction on us trying to say rent wasn't being paid which was a complete lie. Then the front office made a false complaint stating that my mother wasn't being taken care of properly. Then came my moving day they weren't even generous enough to allow us extra time to move due to the fact we had a snow storm the previous week. The property manger is horrible and careless. I have lived in the complex for going on 5 years. The part of the complex I live, is older and in need of some upgrades. There is a consistent problem with water damage in the ceiling, after a heavy rain. Safety is my main concern, I am aware theft car breaking in is common in apartments, but we should have better lighting in parking lots. The cost is entirely too much.
