I don’t leave reviews often but I have to speak on this: Micah made me feel super uncomfortable. When I came into the office a week ago, I spoke to Micah at the front desk about a one bedroom apartment. He talked to me like I was an idiot. He explained every detail(air conditioning, how water bills work, noise levels) of things any rational person would know and talked to me like I was a dumb child. I’m a 31 year old woman. Worse apartment complex i have EVER STAYED IN!! Leaks everywhere, mold growing everywhere and instead of assessing the problem they come paint over problems or better yet DONT COME AT ALL and mark service as complete… i wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here
This apartment front office staff is decent when it comes to customer service, I had a few issues after moving in but the maintenance guys Darrell and Lorenzo were able to get things fixed up in a timely manner.
