They want fix anything you have the upstairs toilet leaking down to the downstairs apartment and they will not fix it. You call to report issues and they ignore you
These people are the worst I think they are racist.
Way overpriced for a rundown apartment with barely functioning or not functioning at all appliances horrible unprofessional maintenance men and when they do they have to many excuses on why things are not getting fixed and really not that safe of a place to stay. They also have people in the office writing 5 star reviews and commenting on the fake reviews themselves
Honestly I’ve been so patient with the front office it’s so frustrating to get disrespected by the assistant manager the skinny blond that refused to give me her name when I asked. Perla has always been so understanding and working so hard to accommodate me however I was shocked how rude the assistant manager was and dismissive when I was attempting to inform her of my concerns that have been an ongoing issue for weeks and months actually almost a year now since I’ve been living there.
