This apartment front office staff is decent when it comes to customer service, I had a few issues after moving in but the maintenance guys Darrell and Lorenzo were able to get things fixed up in a timely manner.
I have lived here for 2 years and have gone through 3 different ownership changes in that time—and with each new owner, things have only gotten worse. Rent has increased with every change, yet the living conditions have declined significantly. I went over a week and a half without hot water and had to shower at work just to function. During that time, they tore up my ceilings and carpets to repipe the unit, but never properly followed through with installing a new water heater. I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into Maison DeVille Apartments. There is a serious rat infestation issue that has not been properly addressed, and it has made living here extremely stressful and uncomfortable. What’s most frustrating is the lack of action from the leasing office. Despite multiple complaints and concerns being raised, little to nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Two months after move in, some unknown brown substance began blocking up both my bath tub and my bathroom sink. I put in countless maintenance requests and called over and over and no one ever answers the phone. I would be sitting at home in the middle of the day and they would mark my requests “completed”. They said later on that they couldn’t access the unit because of my dog, but no one bothered to even knock on my door or call me or anything to let me know they were coming and I needed to be there to secure my dog. I have had an amazing experience! Micah and the others have been so helpful, and just amazing to work with. They made moving across the states much easier! Highly recommend!
