I came to tour the property on a Saturday and met with Chevyon — let me tell you, it was the best customer service I’ve received from an apartment complex in a long time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete the tour because I forgot my ID, but Chevyon still took the time to answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and just overall a pleasure to speak with. Even without seeing the full property, the experience alone left a great impression.
