Very poor service. My husband purchased a ring for me 2.5 yrs ago and two diamonds have fallen out. I have tried to call the manager numerous times since November. Finally I went into the store. The manager basically told me it was my doing and that my ring was also dirty. She took pictures and was going to send them off. I have still not heard back from her and it is June. Terrible Location. We have bought multiple rings at Birks and will never go back. We sent our rings in and only got one back and nobody has any idea where the second ring is!?! Customer service is non existent. Buyer beware - Do NOT shop at Birks.
