Me and my family loved this place as our first apartment! Owner was considerate and fair. Miss Connie was a pleasure to meet was very helpful with our questions!
They now have different owners, but nothing has changed. Very small but ok apartments inside. Terrible parking situation. You are supposed to have two spots, but they refuse to number them, so there were neighbor's friends constantly parking in my spots. Lots of parties and intoxicated guests. They also have "Mandatory pest control" where they enter your apartment once a month, even if you are not at home (they use a key), and you are not allowed to decline having pesticides sprayed all over the floor of your "home."
