I understand that I walked in without an appointment and the salon was busy, but the level of customer service I received was completely unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!!! SO UNSANITARY!! I hate leaving bad reviews especially because Mai is kind and they are low on prices. However, you get what you pay for. The nail salon is DISGUSTING. They use the same utensils on everyone, and do not disinfect in between. They tried to use the same cuticle cleaner and foot scrub on me and same file as the person before me! first and last time coming to this place can’t do designs and own a whole salon? left a ton of residue of glue using a crayon to add gemstones they are rude talking about people & make faces when we come to give you business in such an unsanitary place. she made my cuticle bleed and when i washed my hands all my nails felt like it was burning literally the worse nail set i’ve gotten. they have roaches crawling everywhere to. highly suggest going to any other salon but this one.
Horrible experience.. the mom doesn’t do feet well .. I asked for square nails .. she had all my nails round .. then caught an attitude.. she rushed through the pedicure’s .. I tried to come back it was convenient and close but boy did I make an mistake I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.. I hated my nails … worse customer service
