They did a fantastic job hanging a chandelier and fans for me. They were prompt and fair with their price. I would recommend them.
Called Rob to repair my sink. They came out the next day and completed the job. I felt comfortable with them so I gave them my list of jobs I needed done. They finished and I am happy. I will call them and use them again. Five stars.

I called Maintenance Medics for a small job and let them know forehand. Robert handled it quite well. He fixed all my outside lights, my leaky plumbing fixtures and installed my aqua-sauna I had purchased online in no time. The work is still quality, which in these days is VERY hard to find. I do operate my my own business and quality means everything to me. Thank you Robert for the QUALITY you provide.
Had Rob and Tim out to repair my deck. Deck looks new again. Will call them back when the wife assigns me the worklist.
