Yearly rent increases of over 10% for SENIOR housing! It's a shame! Senior SSI has not increased yet the rent does, every year, all while telling the tenants how much corporate is losing on the property. Listed online as "income based" but is not. Prices out most seniors on purpose! No mgmt on premises daily so you cannot use all the facilities. No consistent activities. Update: MGMT has replied that they are NOT income based. Jacqueline did my recertification and amazed me with her smile, professionalism and educated me on things in the process. She made the time with her so relaxing. Wow
We went into the office and were told that they are closed. Google has the office hours wrong. The office is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays for people interested in renting. Waste time and gas driving to this place for the staff to escort my mother and I out of there office and made sure to close the door behind us. Made us feel welcomed for sure.
