Stop by to see if there were any vacancy, the lady at the front desk told me she had a 1 bedroom available, but has to offer it to the people on the waiting list first, I don't understand why she would say it's available makes no sense, asked her for an application she fumbled around her desk pretending she couldn't find one, then she said she ran out coincidentally, she tried to print one and of course the printer didn't work!!!! Yearly rent increases of over 10% for SENIOR housing! It's a shame! Senior SSI has not increased yet the rent does, every year, all while telling the tenants how much corporate is losing on the property. Listed online as "income based" but is not. Prices out most seniors on purpose! No mgmt on premises daily so you cannot use all the facilities. No consistent activities. Update: MGMT has replied that they are NOT income based.
