The slowest urgent care I’ve ever experienced. More than a 3 hour wait for a child’s head injury to be looked at. There is no human to check you in. It’s like a medical ATM done by kiosk. The only positive is the doctor was very sweet, but the process was awful.
Great service, attentive to their patients and wiling to go the extra mile to help.
New to Main Street; will pre-register on their website before showing up if we should need them again; they had only one operational kiosk in waiting room. However waiting room was quiet and clean but no drinks/coffee available as advertised; staff and provider were excellent and thorough; we were in and out in an hour and a half, which included virus testing and x-ray. I would recommend.
