Brought my young kiddo here and the staff was so kind and supportive. Also, I was able to save a trip to the pharmacy and get my scripts right there in the clinic!
My experience at Main Street Family Care today was more than a 5 star rating. It was great from start to finish. I definitely felt I was in good hands and was confident I had a diagnosis that was going to help me.
My husband waited for over two hours after pre check-in and then they told him his insurance was not going through which is etna so he told them he would just pay and then when he got back there they told him they could not help him(he had a piece of cotton in his ear and they could not remove it and he would have to go to emergency room. He came home and was finally able to get it out himself. He told them since they could not help they should not bill him.
