Very efficient appointment on-line and on time once in the office.
I will choose another urgent care if needed in the future. I did all my registrations online and then you have to do everything again when you arrive on a kiosk. I was having a hard time and you don’t have any employees to help you or greet you in the waiting area. My husband got aggravated with everything we were having trouble doing and he said something out loud about no one out front to help patients and one of the nurses came out the door and told me I would need to go somewhere else to be seen since we were cussing at ... read more
I was promptly seen and taken care of. They take their time with me and answered all my questions. Their clinic is very clean and well managed. You can tell they have a great team to care for their patients. I even had a same day appointment. I’m very grateful to have them so close in Forest City. I’ll be back.
