The doctor, and staff (except as mentioned below) were great. The doctor helped remove the sting and aggravation from the frustration caused by the kiosk sign in process. It was too difficult for old people. The process of finally getting to speak with a real live person caused my BP to go sky high. Didn't treat my main cause of pain. I hear a lot of people have trouble getting treatment from this doctor. Basically always sends you home to fend for yourself
