The nurse that was calling patients back was very rude and unprofessional! She had on a black uniform. She was being very verbal with a patient in the lobby saying she had called her 5 times when I witnessed her calling her only once! One patient left and went to another location due to the rudeness. The PA was very nice. This was my 1st time coming there and probably will be my last. The rudeness was my issue
Waited FOREVER. Finally got in and got a steroid shot for immediate relief of my sinus pressure. But the PA called in my Rx to a pharmacy that was already closed for the night. So I have to go out again tomorrow when I'm feeling super crappy and also have to wait till tomorrow to start on my antibiotics. Not happy.
Great service and professional. I come here whenever I need a quick checkup for one of my children who may be experiencing a problem. I’m always satisfied.
