Al was really great. This was my first time buying a car this way, pretty much totally on-line. Al answered all of my questions about the vehicle. He also followed up quickly with any paperwork that was needed. I had a last minute Saturday meeting, which was the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, so they delivered it to me.
