We booked a room for a doctor who came to Des Moines for a meeting. The room was great, but he did have an issue with some rain dripping in the room window during a storm. When notified, Suzzie, the manager, went over and above to "make it right". Her immediate reply, concern and professionalism were top drawer. Issues are often unavoidable, but how one responds to the issue tells you everything you need to know. We will continue to book rooms with MainStay Suites Waukee any time meetings are in town.
