Very nice new hotel. Reasonably breakfast. Bad coffee. Super convenient access to the Vibrant.
I can't believe this property has SO MANY amenities for such a great rate! The kitchen has allowed us to stay on our healthy eating plan, the gym is minimal but sufficient for cardio and strength, the laundry room is awesome (and doesn't cost extra!), the breakfast is great, and the staff is just the nicest bunch of people. The website photos are accurate in depicting how nice this place is. We stayed for two weeks and felt like we were right at home---many people in big cities live in apartments smaller than this room.
Really nice very clean smells new I'm not sure how recently this was built but it is absolutely wonderful the rooms are very spacious the bathrooms are huge very nice stay.
Although some areas have been updated, cleanliness was less than subpar and my wife woke up at 2am with bed bug bites. Needless to say we packed up immediately and left!
The room was fine except for the TV not working initially and the A/C acting up the last night of our stay. All the ladies at the front desk were really helpful and our sincere thanks to all of them. I would definitely stay there if I go back to Des Moines.
