Great trip. Clean rooms. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. I seriously don't have a single complaint.
My daughter was in town for her father's funeral and just needed some space and time alone to process, she made a reservation on-line, however, when she attempted to check in she was told because she had a local address (old address) she would not be allowed to stay there. This seems ludacris to me. She clearly didn't look like a hooker or strung out on drugs or looking to make drugs. When did this town and the mentality turn away from accomodating locals??? We had a clean, comfortable room. Customer service was remarkable as well. Breakfast was simple, but good. The building was clean and quite. Beds very comfy! We enjoyed our stay.
We had an extremely frustrating and unfair experience at this hotel. Around 7:00 AM, we were abruptly told that we were being checked out at 11:00 AM with no prior warning or discussion. A staff member named Cody accused our group of causing messes that we did not create. Initially, he claimed we had thrown towels all over the pool area.
