Bittu at reception was really great, helped us with our small requests and was a good experience for us all especially with a toddler
Hotel is well-lit outside and easily located off the highway. Stayed 1 night in Room 309, clean but unfortunately we did not have a good stay. Arrived late evening, the air-conditioner in our room was very loud so had to turn it off at 1am to try to get some sleep at which point we realized the room was facing the highway, also very loud highway traffic. Outstanding value! I travel for work every weekday and recently stayed here. The price was unbeatable! Low price is usually a red flag but I considered that this was renovated and decided to give it a try. The room was perfectly clean. The wifi connection was way above average (156mbps+on Oakland speedtest) compared to most midrange hotels. A full kitchen with Utensils, fridge, stove and dishwasher was provided which can be a huge money saver for people who have extended stays. Great suite. More than I expected and at a great price.
When I arrived about 11:00 p.m. to check in there was no one at the desk. I had to wait for about 10 minutes and someone showed up. He was very friendly and helpful. Other than that, it's been a nice day. The room is very clean. It looks like it's just been redone. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom in great shape. Location is great. A restaurant right next door. Lots of stores around and right on route 81. A great place to stay for a few days while in town!
