staff stole an iPad from a patient with Down syndrome found this out after her death was under investigation by police
Lack of supervision allowing 300lb hugh mentally challenged male to wander the neighborhood naked, refuses to leave folks' property, now breaking into houses, deficate in people's residences, and have people living in fear on Commercial St. Management refuses to adress the situation and requires constant police involvement.
Zero stars. Do not recommend.
I have worked for Mainstay Life Services since 2015, and I have nothing but love for this organization and the people I work alongside.
