Called and left a message to ask if they had any availability twice and nobody from this company had the decency to call me and tell me whether they had availability or not. Edit: My one star review will be staying until someone from the practice calls back. I called them a month ago (today’s date 3/14/26) and this is the only response I have received from them. I've received excellent support here from both the admin staff and my therapist. The building is adjacent to Goebel park, and there is a nice courtyard with outdoor seating. Inside there are a lot of windows and natural light. I feel comfortable and secure when I visit. The professional, compassionate, and patient approach from all staff has been very helpful for me. The gentle guidance has helped me gain confidence and make positive progress towards my goals.
