they come way to early in the morning, theyre work is mediocre at best, and they take forever to blow leafs out of one yard so im left hearing their annoying leafblower at seven thirty in the morning…

They don't care about the result. They have Navy housing community contract and they leave it looking like a 3rd grader cut his own hair with some dull clippers, WHEN they actually cut it. Just filed a formal complaint with our leasing office. I really hope enough complaints come in and they lose this contract.

I’ve been living in a military community contracted with mainscape for the last 3.5 years. I’ve personally never had the issues that others mention. The company has always done their job in my opinion. Today, I had an employee knock on my door and return money he found that I had accidentally left outside after selling an item. He could have easily taken this money and I would have never even thought about it. However, he showed honesty and integrity that reflects a great impression on his company. We’re thankful for that.

This company is contracted through military housing to maintain the grounds around the bases and housing. The overall job they have done for the last year had gone down considerably and show no signs of improving. Some areas are maintained very well while others are not. More times than not, the residents go out and recut the yards around their houses and trim the fence line that should have been done. Hands down the worst lawn service I have ever seen in my entire life. They have no skill whatsoever when it comes to mowing. They blindly drive through lawns “mowing” and leaving tire marks and I mowed sections. They chip all the hedges down to nothing left but twigs, they mow over yards that have requested to not be mowed because of how terrible of a job they do. They do it anyway.
