My company is canceling this service, not because of the mediocre quality of their work, but because of the complete lack of character shown by their employees. While stopping for lunch at Philadelphia Steak & Fries, I witnessed something appalling. A handicapped woman was waiting patiently in line when one Mainscapes employee stood ahead of her.
