Never have a problem getting an appointment when I'm sick. Regular appointments are no problems either. I will say the office staff has the personalities of a bent shit can. No compassion, no personalities, a smile might crack their faces. Luckily most of the medical staff is great.
Dr Holsopple is great! And so is Marlene, her nurse. They always listen and show compassion. They know all about my kids and grandkids and never forget what I told them the next time I go in. Only gave it a 4 star because it's so hard to get a "sick" appt. anymore. Who can wait a week to see a Dr when you don't feel well?
I am very happy with Dr. Hollsopple as I know my condition is complicated and she listens and works with me to get the treatment and the best care I need. I am so grateful for her.
I've be with Mainline Medical Associates from the first day they opened their door in Gallitzin. Dr Stem and Skerl then. All my children and their children are patients also.
