I bought a brand new ZX14R from mainland, and it broke the next day after I rode it home 40 miles away to Brazoria. It was leaking oil and I wasn’t going to ride it back, and I didn’t have a trailer. Stuff happens, that part wasn’t their fault- but what happened next.. made me a customer for life! Within two hours one of their techs showed up with a trailer to pick it up, and the next business day my new bike was delivered to my home by the owner of the dealership!
