This is a good property management company. I have had experience with them for over 10 years and while there have been a few necessary staff changes, this company is run by people who care! This company has done nothing but be crooks steer clear of any property that is managed by this company. They have no consideration or passion to the tenants who own the places! Are also rude and gaslighting. They lie and are unaccommodating for their tenants, Forcing people to agree when they don’t. People who have worked their lives to own property are at risk for failure.
