Since Maingate Management took over our building, there have been ongoing maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including trash piling up in the basement and the elevator falling into disrepair. Maingate is my new property manager and I was just hoping that we really get to keep the maintenance guy Elias. He's by far the BEST maintenance guy I've ever dealt with. He responds fast and he's efficient and really respectful look forward to having you guys as apartment management

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible rental company ever since our building was purchased by main gate our whole building never gets maintenanced and our property manager hasn’t visited our building and is impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of his he is so mean. This management company is also impossible to get ahold of. Please dot not rent with them my quality of life has gone down hill since they bought the complex.
