DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible rental company ever since our building was purchased by main gate our whole building never gets maintenanced and our property manager hasn’t visited our building and is impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of his he is so mean. This management company is also impossible to get ahold of. Please dot not rent with them my quality of life has gone down hill since they bought the complex.

Great service when I have a problem they are always there ready to respond. As well my time when my apartment has a problem like pluming or any issues the maintenance guy and team are always great and get the job done.
Aggressive rent increase warning. We moved into our apartment in 2024, planning to stay long term and raise our new family here. It is a smaller building, and we expected some stability. Since MainGate Management took over, our rent has gone from $2,250 to $2,375 in 2025 and now to $2,600 in 2026 which is a 15.6% increase in just two years.
