My husband Richard is a disabled vet. We were on our way home from Houston VA. We got a flat tire and pulled over to fix it. I got out of the truck and started searching for the jack. Someone took the jack out of his truck. We were stuck! Called Mainframe and he was there within 10 to 15 minutes just like they said. He got the spare down out from under the truck for me and changed the tire. When we asked what we owed him his reply almost brought me to tears. He said, " What do I owe you? You owe me nothing." I was in need of a tow truck last week because I was having issues with my Jeep in town . With my insurance, I had roadside assistance and Mainframe was dispatched to meet . Once dispatched, Mainframe Wrecker was there in no time and the driver pretty much had detected my problem (which I told him what I thought it was, since I've had the issue before) and he did verify that was the issue at hand. I highly recommend this company if and when you might need a tow service. Thanks Mainframe!!
