Horrible communication.. uneducated and unprofessional work truly has got to be one of the worst management companies out there
They are my former property management until a new company took over apartment building. Mainely is still trying to withdraw rent from me and is causing insufficient funds for my new management. Two months later and still having issues.
I was supposed to meet someone at a property today to look at it. The person was a no show. I called 2x and was rejected. I did the app and few, I’m furious that they didn’t show. It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone. Sounds like I dodged a bullet here. RENTERS BEWARE
The communication is terrible and a bunch of kindergartners could do a better job with the maintenance. Don’t rent from them.
WORST COMPANY EVER!! I'm still in shock that this company is in business! RENTERS, BEWARE PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE. These people refuse to return phone calls, lie to you, lie to tenants, are rude. They let tenants move into my rental property with no lease, the tenants smoked in the unit and trashed the place. The company did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me get the tenants out. I got a "your approved" message. called that day, they started asking questions that where alrdy on the application. I.E. have any pets? how much do you make ect ect. said they will have to call back to see if the landlord approves me. no call back nothing. I call them everyday for a week to find out anything. had to show up at there office twice before I was told no your not approved........ horrible customer service and never answered there phone. Why have a voice mailbox if your not going to use it
