Jon has always looked out for us as we toured many houses on our quest for our home in Maine. He showed various types and neighborhoods, always with refining what we were looking for -- he talked through the positives of each house and contrasted these qualities with what we had stated were our goals. He was always enthusiastic, warm and stayed with us until we found that perfect house for us --- I can't recommend Jon Howard more -- he is the best.
Jon was a great asset in the purchase and sale of properties in a short amount of time. His organization and communication skills made it an excellent experience.
Jon was very helpful as I was going through the process as a first time homebuyer. He was always available for questions. Let me know in advance what steps would need to be taken and what documents needed signing, as well as what to look out for with houses. I am really happy with the house and appreciate all of Jon's work in making it happen!
