I would gladly give them 10 stars - especially Dr. Clark and his nurses. They were kind, patient and understanding. Not the diagnosis I would have preferred but both the nurse and Dr. Clark called me to answer any questions I might have. Great care.
Been in agonizing pain for months and months for severe ovarian cysts and endometriosis that make life unbearable and keeps landing me in the ER. I can’t sleep, stand, sit, barely work, i bloat every two weeks to the point of not being able to wear my pants size 12 and look like I’m entering my third trimester, can’t eat most of the time because I’ll throw up from the pain, have to take so much OTC pain relief that my liver is probably toast at this point. I can't get a hold of anyone. My oncologist tried calling on the provider line and no one answered
It is hard to square some of these extremely negative reviews with the experience I had at Maine Health Obstetrics and Gynecology in Brunswick. I had a very positive experience with a diagnostic procedure there. The nurse was friendly and explained everything thoroughly and the doctor who performed the procedure was clearly experienced and knowledgable, and everything that was happening was explained to me as I watched on the monitor. Great experience with all the staff, nurses (especially Donna), and providers. Dr. Hill was very compassionate and communicative, Dr. Leighton did an excellent job explaining my situation/management options, and Dr. Jacovetty made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. I will definitely continue my care here in the future.
