Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. The staff will have you smiling from registration, to the lab, to walking out the door. Those who need a lot of bloodwork, this is the best kept secret to not have it consume your entire day. In and out in less than 15 minutes, and they've yet to leave a mark.
No privacy. The two chairs in the drawing area are fully visible to the other patient, and so close that it is impossible to speak privately. Get a curtain at least. The phlebotomist wore a mask over his mouth, but not over his nose. I found that really strange for a trained medical professional. The site gets two stars because the new registration space is nice.
They only get 1 star because it wasn’t a long wait. Never answer the phone, can’t make appointments and when you tell them you are only consenting to specific labs they ignore you and run it against your permission. Management is just as unhelpful and unprofessional by not following up and resolving the issue, and lying about policy. They won’t follow patient rights and tell you it’s up to the provider, however they need permission to run the lab orders first. Got toMaine Street lab and it was closed. Next day tried to phone to see if open yet. Automated phone message directed me to push #4 and person would be with me shortly. After pushing 4 and several ring tones, recorded message said can not leave message. No person ever picked up. Tried several times. I just wanted to know if lab was open yet.
