Great staff, pleasant and efficient. It was an hour and a half wait, but so much better than most ER's, and they kept you moving through so at least you weren't just sitting in one spot the whole time.
Spent over an hour and a half in waiting room. To be seen for 5 minutes to be mis-diagnosed. And now stuck with a outrageous bill and all they can say is they felt it was an appropriate diagnosis given at that time. But they failed to document correctly on a legal document and it was in fact the wrong treatment for what I symptoms I actually have and still dealing with it and if 7 days ago they would have spent a little more time n effort into what was really going on instead of treating me like everyone else who came in the... read more
Took my husband up yesterday. He has the cold and nasty cough that has been going around. His immune system has been compromised due to colon cancer and parkinsons. Three hospitalization in last 6 months. The nurse practitioner said he only has noise in upper part of lungs and prescribed an inhaler. Decided on no steroids. The inhaler did not help the wheezing and fever reached 102. He should not take Tylenol due to liver issues. Called first thing this morning and left a message for some guidance. No one ever wants likes to be in pain, but the staff made check in quick and the wait was short. Check out was fast as well. Thanks for making me feel better.
