Susan could not be more helpful and conscientious. I have ordered stockings for a number of years before coming to Maine Orthotics. It wasn't until Susan measured me that we realized I've been improperly fitted all these years. She worked hard with my doctor to get me properly fitted so that the stockings are now working the way they are supposed to! She is professional and pleasant. Gotta love her!
We had an unexpected trip which conflicted with our appointment. The staff was excellent in rearranging our appointment.
In my book, the whole staff from A - Z, are doing a grade "A" job!
Bob is most helpful, knows the product well and is very customer friendly; keep him around as he is a bright spot in the health care arena!
The orthotics were bulkier than I expected, but adjustments were made to help the issue.
The orthotics were comfortable, functional and pretty, too!
