He practiced a new technique on my husband’s eye lid surgery telling my husband that he needed to shave off his brow bone. So, he sliced into his face right above his eyebrows and now my husband is permanent disfigured. When my husband expressed concern , he was told by Dr, Khan to wait for 18 -24 months before judging the outcome —- coincidentally, that’s exactly when the statute of limitations sets in to sue.
Terrible customer service. Lied to me about being seen before I had my PCP referral in, then once I had the referral they booked me 2 months out for a medical eye emergency. If you have to go here, I pray for you!
Kahn and his office are the lowest of the low. After giving us the runaround for two full weeks since my trauma surgery, they are completely refusing to see me. They will send you from voicemail to voicemail and do not care about the patient. Avoid this facility at all cost if your health means anything to you. We are filing legal paperwork with our lawyer against his office currently.
Professional, kind, incredible expertise. Completely trustworthy, informative and thorough. Highly recommended.
