I've dealt with this location for about 8 years. Every time the experience is horrible, but i always feel like "maybe they were just having a bad day..." so I go back. I had an emergency today, so I gave them a call and prepared to deal with the ridiculous wait times and crappy customer service. I was told "all booked up for today" then hung up on. 2 hours waiting for a all wheel aliment bull shit!! Have a new pack of cigarettes stolen out of vehicle and all I got at the counter was he says he didn't take them i can't do nothing about..so watch what u leave in ur vehicle when u let them work on it.there is a thief that works there and they will cover for him!!
I highly suggest coming here for your tires. The staff here helped me out tremendously and I can't thank them enough. They took real good care of me. Thank you so much fellas
Well you guys have done it again,.... thanks for being who you are! I can always count on getting the best service and advice from you. After having to deal with one of them other companies about a car we just purchased with their tires on it we'll be back to have you DO IT CORRECTLY I think they call themselves a "Fair" because of all the games they play.
