Quick friendly and professional. Can’t ask for more.
Took 2 days to change 4 tires. First they put the wrong size tires on and refused to change them because they wanted to close so they were supposed to change them first thing in the morning and they didn’t even touch the car until 11:30 the next day.
Danger!!! Stay away from Tire Warehouse!!!! I was there from 8am-3pm. Didn’t have the tires I ordered this week. Made me go out to my dealer and buy the Lugnuts because they stripped them taking them off. Then they didn’t have me down for an alignment so while they were doing that they broke my sensor. Told me to come back and pay $80 to have them fix that. fast service very willing to help although one of the service men didnt know how to drive a stick
I went there thinking I needed a new tire (I did hit a nasty pothole). My car, on the other hand, had some serious issues (lug nuts were stripped, tire wouldn't come off (blah blah blah). Both the Assistant Mgr (Tyler & Andrew) showed me the problem and got it fixed. Those guys are awesome! Customer Service has a new name. .......Tire Warehouse!

When you're boyfriend returns from Tire Warehouse and stuff is missing from his vehicle, then when you call and report it and the manager doesn't do ANYTHING, it's very discouraging! He will NOT be returning! Thanks for charging us over $700 then stealing from us. THANKS SO MUCH Tire Warehouse!
