very disrespectful of others property, they will smoke in your garage and throw cigarette butts in the drive. as if that is not enough they will place large ugly red advertising stickers on all your property.

My daughter called last night frantic, that the house in OKC was 82 degrees and sweltering hot. I've used Mainard & Sanders in the past. So I called and was told they could be there first thing in the morning before 9am. I was amazed that they were able to diagnose and fix the A/C same day within a few hours. I want to thank Chris, the Mainard & Sanders Air Conditioner Technician that fixed the A/C. Wonderful job. I would recommend friends and family to use Mainard & Sanders Heating & Air.
