So fun! Felt like my four kids and I had a party while getting the drudgery of eye exams over with! Also, great care and very thorough communication.
I felt the machines they test you with were very cutting edge. The doctors are very thorough. I had researched other vision places & picked this one because of the google reviews & the doctors bios. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and I knew I was in the right place.
This place is a joke. My boyfriend went in for his eye appointment in early June and ordered glasses. His current prescription was old and his glasses were broken, so he needed both pretty quickly. It took MONTHS to get "his" glasses. He called every couple of weeks and either no one would answer, no one would return his voicemails, or they would use Covid as an excuse to never get back to him. I have been driving from northern Colorado to Dr. Trudell for over a decade. We met outside of the office, and have become friends and now I am a client! Would send any one to this office for their services, they even make sure to watch you cross the street and arrive safely at the office!
Dr. Koning was amazing with my 7 year old daughter. He made her giggle and made the exam easy with his genuine care. And thank you to the rest of the staff, your time with us made her want to come back “every day”!
I had a very pleasant experience ! Everyone from the receptionist, the optician and especially Dr. Koning were so caring and professional. Everything was explained to me and I felt well taken care of. I also found great frames, thanks to Cathy. Highly recommend Main Street Vision.
