It used to be a good apartment complex. After the management team changes, its service becomes really worse. 1) I lived there for several years and recently moved out from it. Since I left in a hurry, I did not moved out all my furniture and told the leasing office. They said they will charge 50-100 USD for that. Then I just received a letter from them telling me that they charge me $1442.25 for the trash and cleaning fee, also including $381 full paint fee for 2+2, but I am actually living in a one bedroom apartment.
