As usual I had a great experience. I needed a few items fixed and submitted a maintenance request. I have dogs so I needed to be home when they arrived. I asked if they could come on a specific date and they did. They were in and out so quick. Everything was fixed and working great. They were also so nice and friendly. I’ve lived here 12 years now and have enjoyed it. It’s a great place to live.
I am new to Oregon and love this little community. The office staff and everyone has been top notch!
The staff are friendly and the maintenance team rules. They are doing that thing where they're tightening up standards. And threatening to evict people over it. Folks pay for trash pickup for instance, most folks leave the provided trash cans outside, and put the trash out for the folks to pick up and dispose of. We pay for this service. We're now being told there's a two hour window ending at 8 where your bins can be put out. If it's outside past that time it's an eviction. I’ve lived here since the end of 2017. It’s a convenient location, close to freeways without noise, and I like the paved fanno creek trail and greenbelt that touches the complex. The office is good about getting any repairs done right away. My two kids are almost teens now and I may upgrade to a three bedroom unit here later this year. No real complaints at all so far—good experience.
