The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Dr. Gaskin talks down to you and is convinced he knows your pet better than you do. He is extremely rude, please read his responses to his Facebook reviews before deciding to see him, he literally argues with people on their reviews and will leave threatening voicemails on your phone. He is a very odd man and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, there are much better options in Shakopee.

Best vet in the area. He saved my Snowy the cat's life after he had been misdiagnosed by three other vets. Absolutely great
The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. My thoughts are that Dr. Gaskin is arrogant, cocky and also very weird. There was something not right about the guy. Very unprofessional clinic. I do not recommend this vet. The staff clearly needs more training in most areas.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
