This place is always broken. They promise you one thing and do not deliver at all. Don't waste your money or time. The attendants are psychotic and probably need meds. I was in the wash bay in the middle of a wash when the attendant turned the wash off out of spite because I asked for a refund. This incident got so out of control that the police had to be called. These are good people doing good business. When I moved to the area I signed up for their monthly unlimited car wash not knowing it would be on auto renewal. After realizing that it didn't fit my travel patterns I stopped going after the first month, thinking it would end. When I noticed that my card was still being charged I contacted the owner via messenger and explained the situation. Real nice employees you have here. I washed 3 of of 4 of my own wheels in the automatic line because he was too busy smoking a cigarette in his car. He says stop and rips the brush out of my hand says I can’t do that. I ask well can you wash my last WHEEL then not the tire (because it has mud and rocks didn’t want him picking those up and then scrubbing my aftermarket wheels with same brush) so his scrubs my tire and I say WHEEL not tire! My wife and I both belong to the wash club,we are in there every other day,and never have any issues.we both love the place....
Im driving a big jacked up truck so i pull in the semi bay so i dont have to squeeze in a small one. Do my wash then was charged $18.00 for 18 minutes, im told the semi bay has a up charge. 1.00 a minute is rediculous any other place i go is $6.00 . I definitely wont be back
They use a lot of soap even on the cheaper car wash! Nice!
