Went to this place the other day and told her what I wanted and showed her the color. When she was done my hair looked exactly the same except my gray was covered. When she turned me around and it looked exactly like what I myself had been doing I was shocked. I asked to go lighter and left with the same color. 140 wasted will never go back.
