When I booked my appointment with Ashley I had previously had my hair botched by another stylist attempting to darken my hair (although it had been months and my hair had lightened/started to grow out and looked much better). Upon booking this appointment, I made sure to be very thorough. I told her I no longer wanted to darken my hair. I just wanted to get as light as she could while keeping my hair healthy. Went to this place the other day and told her what I wanted and showed her the color. When she was done my hair looked exactly the same except my gray was covered. When she turned me around and it looked exactly like what I myself had been doing I was shocked. I asked to go lighter and left with the same color. 140 wasted will never go back.
