$55 per person on an application is ridiculous. Quit paying these people’s bills.

Chase, while I understand you feel the application fee is above what you believe to be fair, the fee is in line with other rental companies and apartment communities and goes directly towards the cost incurred to verify your application; run a credit check; perform a national, state, and local background check; verify proof of income and verify rental references.
I was left without a refrigerator for 11 days. $300 of my deposit was not refunded due to a cleaning fee. I have pictures and a receipt that I had my apartment cleaned and it was spotless. I was charged $100 for them to sweep birdseed from my patio due to the fact that my neighbors upstairs have birdfeeders. Do not rent from them. RecommendedThis was my first time renting and the experience couldn't have been better! Moving two states away is very chaotic but Amy did everything she could to make it a smooth move! Everyone is very friendly and they like to get to know you on a personal level! I would most definitely recommend Main Street for anyone who is looking for a place to call home!

We have been tenants of a home managed by Main Street Properties for 7 years. We were homeowners prior to that and know all that is involved in maintaining a home. Although the landlord himself did not do his part, I found Main Street Properties to do theirs. Amanda Snow was our agent for the last several years.
