22 days without proper heat. I have contacted the company several times. They don’t seem the least bit concerned. It’s currently 19 degrees outside and we can’t run our heat properly. What a joke this company is. I cannot wait to get out of this lease. I will never consider this company again. And I will steer anyone and everyone I know away from this company.
Wow, do not rent from this company. The home was filthy prior to moving in. Disgusting. I contacted them a few times and they will not respond to me. They had several weeks to have it cleaned. Black mold in the freezer, dirty refrigerator, mouse feces in closets, food stuck on cupboards, drawers not cleaned out, pantry had old food, the house was not painted but putty was put on the walls, dirty floors and baseboards, under the fridge is disgusting, sticky shelves and cupboards, dirty stove, food splatter on walls, unkempt y... read more
Pros: They allow animals and the renting process is not that difficult. Cons: WOW. This company doesn't seem to care about quality or cleanliness. The house I rented was filthy. Food stains, sticky cupboards and appliances, food splatter, mouse feces, moldy freezer, dirty fridge, panty not empty, drawers not cleaned out, bad smell to the house, not painted, dirty blinds and windows, broken door, cobwebs and dirty baseboards, the list goes on.
