TERRIBLE experience. Request you pay the application fee for a home your applying for just to find out a week later its been taken off the market. They say you can transfer the application to another home but that process takes 3-5 business days (took 8 for me and STILL didn't have it transferred) JUST to transfer then that it takes ANOTHER 3-5 business days to get the application reviewed for that new home.
