First off, Slow service. Both my husband and I ordered a meal with chicken and it was extremely dry. I also got a burnt piece of garlic toast with my meal. Not impressed. We won't be back.

Soup was cold on the salad bar. Our meals took forever. My son didn't get his French fries. My husbands steak was overdone. My chicken was pink, didn't get the risotto that is supposed to come with it, instead got mashed potatoes with so much pepper I couldn't eat it. The waitress never came back to ask us how our food was. She took my meal off the bill after I told her about it, but all she said was okay never asked if I wanted anything else.
