Total slumlords. They care nothing for the legal lease they sign with you or the tenants in any adjacent properties. If they break the lease, no matter what the offense, the landlord will NOT do anything about it. They only care about taking your money, not about enforcing the lease they have tenants sign

As we discuss earlier this week, the complaints you notified our office of: 1) stealing your wi-fi 2) the dog going to the bathroom in front of your unit and 3) too many cars parked in the parking area; are not direct violations of the lease agreement. We are more than willing to help mediate issues between tenants but will need evidence of the problems beforehand, which we requested. Otherwise the disagreement is a he-said, she-said scenario.
