DISCRIMINATION at its finest! I inquired about a property and was told it was AVAILABLE and to pay the application fee for myself, my husband and my daughter (18). This is $55 each person. Truthfully horrendous if you are a tenant. On all occasions the property management team either poorly responded to maintenance requests (either sent out the wrong service or simply sent someone to get an estimate and then never fixed it) or completely failed to inform us that multi-day maintenance was going to be conducted. Examples below -failed to inform us that a new roof was going to be installed and would the contractor would be there for a week. -failed to replace and fix the front door which went without an interior ... read more

The Property Manager lied to me in an email stating owner not renewing the because house was sold and it had not been sold for sale sign just put up, and they are charging me an unreasonable amount of money to paint the inside of the house, and removing a few pieces of things left in the house and so-called landscaping which is not true, they came and cut tree down that I had been complaing about for years so they stole my security deposit and have not given me my Pet Deposit back neither. The Owner then agreed to allow you to vacate 30-days prior to the end of your lease so you could more easily move to another property.
