RecommendedI can't say enough good things about Main Street Pedicab. I've bought two pedicabs from them and hoping to buy one more. I've met many of the employees and the owner Steve Meyer, great guy. I'm hoping to see them again this year when I travel west. If you have an issue be straight up, they will stand behind their work, you've got my word on that. I'm Rickshaw Willie and I don't lie.
Horrible customer service ! Absolutely Horrible ! I’d like to recommend Precision Pedi-cab in Austin , 100 times better than Main Street , much better customer service and much better quality !
Steve and crew were always able to help me with any self-repairs and parts shipped quickly.
They could start by taking the time to answer their inquiries...really inconsiderate.

Great company from Colorado !
Main Street does not stand by their products. Bought a drive hub from them and it broke a few weeks later. They said there is nothing they can do about it and blamed it on "user error." Terrible service. Will not be working with them again.
Great customer service, great bikes, very helpful staff and the bikes ride like dream :))).
The customer service from this company is impeccable. Twice now I have had issues with rims bending due to the weight of my rig. I run a custom cargo rickshaw that weighs in at around 1000 pounds loaded down including me. The learning curve of this trike has been so well received at Main Street. When I needed new carriage bolts to beef up my suspension, they came to Denver, took it to the shop in Broomfield, fixed it AND returned it the following day free of charge.
